Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy that targets the inner ear and brain pathways that control balance and eye movements. It is used to reduce symptoms of dizziness or lightheadedness, vertigo (a spinning sensation), imbalance or unsteadiness, motion sensitivity (in cars, busy environments, screens), visual disturbances like blurred or bouncing vision, nausea related to movement or visual input.
