Exciting Update: Virginia Concussion & Pain Physical Therapy Is Moving to a New Location in January 2026!

We are thrilled to share an important update about the future home of Virginia Concussion & Pain Physical Therapy. Beginning January 5th, 2026, all patient appointments will take place in our new clinic space located at:

📍 10124 West Broad Street, Suite E, Glen Allen, Virginia

This beautiful, centrally located office will allow us to expand our services while maintaining the personalized, specialty care you’ve come to expect.

A Collaborative Space Designed for Comprehensive Care

One of the most exciting parts of this move is that Virginia Neuro-Optometry (VNO)—including Dr. Theis and Dr. Sheard—will also be practicing in the same suite. This shared location allows us to continue offering truly coordinated, multidisciplinary care for individuals with:

• Concussion and post-concussion symptoms
• Headaches and migraines
• Dizziness and balance concerns
• Neck pain and whiplash
  
• Vision-related rehabilitation needs
  Working closely together under one roof enhances communication and ensures you receive the most efficient, evidence-based care possible.

Shared Gym Space for OT and PT

The new clinic includes an open, functional gym area that will be shared between physical therapy and occupational therapy. This expanded environment allows for:

• Improved return-to-work and return-to-play rehabilitation
  
• More space for balance and vestibular therapy
  
• Enhanced collaboration across disciplines
  
• A more comfortable, patient-centered treatment experience

When the Transition Takes Place

All current and new patients will be seen in the new location starting January 5th, 2026. If you have an appointment scheduled after this date, it will automatically take place at the new clinic address.

We will continue to share updates as we prepare for the transition, including parking instructions and photos of the new space.
